Motel Room Bibles

I was staying in a lot of roadside motels at the time and I was having trouble with myself. I noticed that Motels still have bibles in them placed by the gideons. I went home after a tour and right there on the doorstep of my home was a random beat up Bible sitting there. I saw that it was a Gideon Bible, which is the type of Bible that is placed in Motel Rooms. I wrote the song after that.
